Blood Mountain

An absolute pleasure working alongside Ridgeline Audio, for the feature thriller "Blood Mountain" by Nocturnal Studios. The project included capturing original foley and 5.1 atmospheres for the entire film, out in the dense boonies of Canada. These practices aren't lax, but lend immensely to sound design of the film.

We also had the pleasure of scoring this feature thriller! Being a found footage film, the focus was on driving tension without piercing through the realism of the found footage feel. This evoked a dark, spacious, bass driven score with a touch of lush drones.

World premiering at CUFF in 2017, an initial circuit has shown great response to Blood Mountain and we are eagerly awaiting it's near release!
